When– Thursday December 14, 2017 at 6:30 pm through 9:30pm
Where– The Lincoln Hall of the Union League of Philadelphia, 140 S Broad St, Philadelphia, PA 19102
Why– The Capstone Christmas Celebration is our annual fundraising dinner to fund the infrastructure of the Capstone Legacy Foundation allowing us to multiply the effectiveness of Christian wealth, protect the giving intent of charitable legacies, and connect givers with worthy causes today.
The Capstone Christmas Celebration comes straight from the dusty deserts of the Middle East featuring the unlikely partnership of an international archaeologist and premiere singer songwriter packing houses for a generation with the songs of John Denver.
For one night only, Rick Schuler and Band bring their Rocky Mountain concert experience to the Lincoln Hall of the Union League of Philadelphia to relive the hits and holiday songs in the style of John Denver. Schuler is celebrated as the definitive John Denver tribute performer touring around the country to packed houses across the country.
Schuler, a man of dynamic faith, met with Archaeologist Adventurer, Dr. J. Randall Price on a dig for the famed Dead Sea Scrolls in Israel and on December 14 form an unlikely partnership in dinner, song and adventure all for this charity event in support of the Capstone Legacy Foundation.
Price will reveal the discoveries shaking the world of Biblical research with the first discovery of a new Dead Sea Scroll Cave in 60 years. Price is known as the Indiana Jones of this generation traveling the world and searching the Middle East under the rare approval of the Israel Antiquities Authority.
Price is a best selling author, frequent national TV celebrity, university professor, field archaeologist, and museum curator for Liberty University.
